By scheduling an installation or purchasing a product through our website, you enter into a service agreement with CrystalFlow Miami LLC. Each purchase constitutes a separate agreement governed by these Terms.

All systems are manufactured by Waterdrop and carry NSF/ANSI 42, 53, and 58 certifications. Product specifications, features, and pricing are subject to change. We will confirm current pricing before any purchase is finalized.

CrystalFlow Miami 1-Year Service Guarantee

All installations performed by CrystalFlow Miami include a 1-year service guarantee. During this period, we will address any issues related to the installation workmanship at no additional cost to you, including:

This service guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, natural disasters, or normal wear and tear of consumable components such as filters.

Manufacturer Warranty

Waterdrop products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by Waterdrop. CrystalFlow Miami will assist you in initiating warranty claims with the manufacturer for defective products, but the manufacturer warranty is administered directly by Waterdrop and is subject to their terms and conditions. CrystalFlow Miami is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website and in quotes provided to customers include professional installation. There are no hidden fees. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.

4. Scheduling & Cancellation

Scheduling

Installations are scheduled through our booking system during our regular business hours: Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time. We will confirm your installation date and provide a time window for the technician's arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your installation at no charge if you provide at least 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling requests with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 rescheduling fee.

CrystalFlow Miami Cancellation

In rare cases, we may need to reschedule an installation due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, technician illness, or supply delays. If we cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer the next available date at no additional cost.

5. Installation Terms

Licensed Professionals

All installations are performed by licensed subcontractor plumbers who are insured and experienced in water filtration system installation. CrystalFlow Miami coordinates and oversees all installations to ensure quality standards are met.

Homeowner Responsibilities

By scheduling an installation, you represent and agree that:

Additional Work

If the installation technician identifies conditions that require additional work beyond the standard installation scope (such as plumbing repairs, non-standard connections, or code compliance upgrades), we will inform you of the additional costs before proceeding. No additional charges will be incurred without your prior approval.

Post-Installation

Upon completion, the technician will demonstrate system operation, explain basic maintenance procedures, and provide any applicable documentation. You will be asked to confirm satisfactory completion of the installation.

6. Service Area

CrystalFlow Miami provides installation services exclusively within the Greater Miami-Dade County, Florida area. We do not service locations outside of this area. If you are unsure whether your address falls within our service area, please contact us before placing an order.

Orders placed for addresses outside our service area will be refunded in full.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law:

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may purchase products or schedule services from CrystalFlow Miami LLC without agreeing to receive promotional SMS messages.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive multiple messages per appointment or service request, and up to a few promotional messages per month if you have opted in to marketing.

Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply, depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. CrystalFlow Miami LLC does not charge a fee for sending or receiving SMS messages, but your carrier may. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your plan.

SMS and mobile opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Supported Carriers and Eligibility

SMS messaging is supported on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact CrystalFlow Miami at info@crystalflowmiami.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve any concerns within 30 days of receiving your notice.

Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the convenience of such forum.

Limitation Period

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to these Terms or our services must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be forever barred.
