CrystalFlow Miami LLC respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains what data we may have about you, how to request its deletion, and how to remove tracking data from your own devices.
What Data We May Have
Depending on how you have interacted with CrystalFlow Miami, we may have the following information:
- Calendly booking data — Name, email address, phone number, and appointment details provided when scheduling a free water test or service call
- Email marketing data — Email address and engagement history if you subscribed to our newsletter through Klaviyo
- Website analytics — Anonymized browsing data collected through Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel, including pages visited, time on site, and device information
- Payment records — Transaction records processed through Stripe if you made a purchase (we do not store credit card numbers)
- Communication records — Emails, phone call records, or messages exchanged with our team
How to Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your personal data from CrystalFlow Miami's systems, follow these steps:

Send a deletion request via email
Email info@crystalflowmiami.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your full name and the email address associated with your account or booking so we can locate your records. -
We will verify your identity
To protect your privacy, we may ask you to confirm details about your interaction with CrystalFlow Miami (such as the date of your appointment or the email you used to book). -
We will process your request within 30 days
Once verified, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 calendar days and send you a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
What Will Be Deleted
- Contact information (name, email, phone number) from our internal records
- Calendly booking history associated with your email
- Klaviyo email marketing profile and engagement data
- Any notes or correspondence records in our system
What We May Need to Retain
In certain cases, we may be required to retain limited data for legal or regulatory purposes:
- Transaction records — Payment and invoice records may be retained as required by tax and accounting regulations
- Warranty records — If you have an active warranty or service agreement, we may retain the records necessary to fulfill that agreement
- Legal obligations — Data required to comply with legal proceedings, court orders, or regulatory requirements
We will inform you if any of your data falls into these categories when processing your request.
How to Clear Cookies and Tracking Locally
In addition to requesting deletion of data from our servers, you can remove tracking cookies and data stored on your own device:
Clear Browser Cookies
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Clear Browsing Data > Cookies and other site data
- Safari: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Clear Data
- Edge: Settings > Privacy, Search, and Services > Clear Browsing Data
Opt Out of Google Analytics
Install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to prevent Google Analytics from collecting your browsing data on any website.
Manage Meta (Facebook) Ad Preferences
Visit your Facebook Ad Preferences to control how Meta uses your data for advertising.
Removing the CrystalFlow Ads Manager App from Facebook
If you have connected with the CrystalFlow Ads Manager application through Facebook, you can remove it by following these steps:

Go to Facebook Settings
Log in to Facebook and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings. -
Open Apps and Websites
In the left sidebar, click Apps and Websites (under "Security and login" or "Your information"). -
Find and remove the app
Locate "CrystalFlow Ads Manager" in the list of active apps. Click on it, then select Remove. You may also check the box to delete all posts, photos, or activities on Facebook that the app may have published on your behalf.
The CrystalFlow Ads Manager app is used exclusively to manage CrystalFlow Miami's own advertising campaigns on Meta platforms. It does not collect personal user data directly. Removing the app will revoke any permissions previously granted.
